Leggo my Eggo

Eggo's: an old time favorite meal that I ate at my grandma's house for many years. Even now as an adult I enjoy a yummy lunch or snack at Grandma's home that includes Eggo waffles and homemade syrup poured over the top. Yum! I splurged and bought a box for me & my kids as a special treat. It only lasted a few days, as you can't eat just two. As I make and eat this yummy breakfast I am reminded of the good old days visiting my grandma, sharing stories, playing Yahtzee and Scrabble and, of course, eating Eggo Waffles.
