A day for Mom

My happy, relaxing & fun Mother's day....

I always have to get a picture of all three of us on special days like this one.

And I can't forget to make us all get silly in front of the camera!

A walk downtown is always a fun treat!

Especially when you encouter a friendly, tired bat!!!

Angelique wanted to take it home, but I told her that keeping a bat as a pet isn't as easy as any other animal. Bat's should be wild, not at home with us. She understood by really wanted to touch it.... no way, who knows what is traveling on that thing. It may be cute and look super soft, but we need to be careful of wild animals. She did really good about understanding and just looking, even if she did get pretty close to it. =)

Looks like here that seeing a bat during the day, hanging on a wall is totally normal.

Mother's day was great, nothing is better than spending a morning in church, having fun at home with the girls doing no cleaning, walking downtown to get out in the fresh air, and seeing all kinds off cool animals! Life is pretty good when you see the little blessings from it!
